HELLO!

We are excited to host you for your upcoming Clydesdale ' Backstage’ Meet N’ Greet. Before attending, please read the following message in its entirety and share with each participant in your group (if applicable) prior to your event.

First off, there are a couple of legal/insurance requirements we are obligated to communicate:

The Activity is potentially dangerous for reasons that include but are not limited to the propensity of an equine to behave in dangerous ways that may result in injury to the participant; the inability to predict an equine’s reaction to sound, movements, objects, persons, or animals; and the hazards of surface or subsurface conditions.

All participants will be required to complete a separate waiver prior to participation (one waiver per participant). A copy of the waiver can be reviewed and downloaded via the link below. 
Please forward this email to all participants in your group. 

For any minor participating, the waiver must be completed/signed by their parent/ legal guardian. 

Please print, complete and bring to your CHORE TIME experience. 

OK, now that the legal and insurance requirements are out of the way, we can get back to the fun stuff! 

We are VERY excited to meet and host you. Below are a few housekeeping details to be aware of:

  • JFP Equine is located at 5674 Kaskaskia Rd in Waterloo, IL. 

  • Please arrive approx. 5 minutes before your scheduled 'MEET N' GREET.' Drive right in and park along the white fence. We will be close by to greet you.

  • Dress appropriate for a barn, BIG horses, and for the cool temperatures. The barn is not heated but we will do our best to keep it as comfortable as possible.

  • Pictures are encouraged throughout your experience. Please bring a camera or camera phone. We can assist in taking pictures along the way as needed ... just say the word! 

  • We have a small Clydesdale-specific merchandise assortment available for purchase if desired; we accept cash, PayPal, check and credit card. 

  • We have a portable restroom on site if needed.
